Providence breaks ground on initial phase of Swedish First Hill expansion

The new North Tower at Swedish First Hill will be 12 stories and 752,000 square feet.

Mortenson, the general contractor for Providence's long awaited two-tower expansion of its Swedish First Hill medical campus, has broken ground on phase one of the project. Providence confirmed the groundbreaking took place in January.
