Group wants more ambitious housing policy in Seattle's Comprehensive Plan

The Complete Communities Coalition wants to see more policies that encourage the development of TODs like this six-story building near Othello Station.

Mayor Bruce Harrell on March 5 unveiled the Draft One Seattle Plan Comprehensive Plan Update, an expansive policy roadmap intended to guide growth and development in the city over the next two decades. The plan was crafted as part of a required 10-year update to Seattle's current Comprehensive Plan, which is due this year.
