Ballard infill project clears design review

Cone Architecture describes the material palette for this proposed infill project as “simple yet playful.”

While design review was not required for the project, at its recommendation meeting on May 6, Seattle's Northwest Design Review Board unanimously gave its approval for a proposed 16-unit infill apartment building in Ballard.
