Pierce County OKs homeless housing village on 27 acres near JBLM

Good Neighbor Village is inspired by the CommunityFirst! Village in Austin, Texas, shown in the photo.

At its meeting on June 3, the Pierce County Hearing Examiner definitively ruled in favor of awarding the Tacoma Rescue Mission a conditional use permit for its Good Neighbor Village project, planned for 27 acres in Spanaway.
