Design-build team sought for $95M UW cafeteria renovation

The UW medical center plans to keep its cafeteria open and operational for the duration of the project, requiring a multi-phased approach to construction.

The University of Washington is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from design-build teams for a $95 million renovation of the kitchen and dining area of its Montlake medical center at 1959 N.E. Pacific St.
