DESC seeks architect for 120-unit housing project on Capitol Hill

The Granberg Apartments, shown here, are one of three small apartment buildings set to be demolished to make way for a new permanent supportive housing building on Belmont Avenue.

Downtown Emergency Services Center (DESC) is planning to develop a new 120-unit permanent supportive housing building on Capitol Hill for people earning 30% and 50% of area median income who are experiencing chronic homelessness.
