Boardwalk opens at Shoreline botanical garden

    The structure is built with Alaskan Yellow and Western Red Cedar.

    A new boardwalk opened Aug. 9 at the Kruckeberg Botanic Garden in Shoreline. The attractive structure was designed by Mithun and built by Forma Construction and is one element of a larger multi-phase design-build contract awarded to the duo, and KPFF Engineering, to deliver a wide range of improvements and installations at eight Shoreline parks.
