Homestead to redevelop former West Seattle substation site

    The new building, which is still being designed, will have a mix of units, from studios to three-bedrooms.

    Homestead Community Land Trust has been selected by the city of Seattle's Office of Housing to redevelop a city-owned parcel at 1605 S.W. Holden St. in West Seattle with 21 affordable condominium homes.
