Historic Greenlake URM gets a low-carbon retrofit

Hubbard’s Corner has office space on the second floor. The ground floor is home to the Atlantic Crossing pub.

Work was completed this spring on a unique adaptive reuse project in Greenlake which was the first in Seattle to employ five new low-carbon concretes.
