Tacoma seeks design-builder for $42.5M elementary school

The project includes demolishing the existing 1962 building and constructing a replacement school on the same site in Fircrest.

Tacoma Public Schools is on the hunt for a design-build team to replace Whittier Elementary School at 777 Elm Tree Lane in Fircrest.
