With over 20 years of experience, Hunnewell has led environmental analysis and compliance for large-scale transit and transportation projects in the Seattle area. Her SEPA and NEPA planning expertise will elevate ESA's ability to serve public agencies across Washington, including Sound Transit, WSDOT and King County Metro.

McKinney, a senior river engineer, brings over 16 years of expertise in hydraulic and hydrologic analysis, sediment transport and watershed modeling. McKinney will contribute to ESA's river-focused designs and lead significant restoration projects, leveraging his extensive experience working with tribal partners.

Rogers will guide the Northwest region's business development efforts, focusing on emerging energy, water and natural resource management opportunities.

Worsley, a principal wetland ecologist, has more than 20 years of experience in wetland assessment, permitting and habitat restoration.
