Press Blocks' second phase tops out in Portland

The second phase of Press Blocks is called Byline. It topped out earlier this month.

Construction recently topped out on the second and final phase of Security Properties and Urban Renaissance Groups Press Blocks development in Portland's Goose Hollow neighborhood.
