Flood control project, local leaders, honored for historic preservation

The Lower Russell Levee Setback project included the relocation of Van Doren’s Landing Park in Kent.

The winners of King County's 23rd annual John D. Spellman Awards, the region's highest honor for historic preservation, were announced in December. The awards honor both people and projects.
