Small hotel slated for site near airport

SEATAC — A few blocks north of Tukwila International Boulevard Station, at 3251 S. 148th St., the owner of an old house there is planning to redevelop with a small hotel.

Urban Design Group of Renton filed the initial four-story, 51-room plan. The city of SeaTac recently deemed its permit application to be complete. A SEPA determination of non-significance is expected. The public comment period ends March 13.
