3 firms vie for $45M UW welcome center job

SEATTLE — Three firms are on the shortlist to be the design-builder for the University of Washington's new 30,000-square-foot welcome center.

Qualifications were due Feb. 20 for the estimated $61.4 million project, with a targeted design-build contract budget of $45 million.
