Introducing Nichols Court

Nichols Court is under construction and should be completed in August.

The Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI) has announced a new name for its 148-unit affordable workforce housing project currently under construction at 7544 Martin Luther King Jr. Way S. in the Rainier Valley.
