Parametrix

Waterton

Lauren Waterton has joined Parametrix as a senior consultant. She has over 30 years of project management, urban planning, and consulting experience.

Waterton comes to Parametrix from a regional Rocky Mountain firm where she served as director of land development. In this role, she led a team of engineers, planners, and landscape architects managing residential and commercial subdivisions, site plans, and a wide variety of public sector planning and transportation planning projects.

Her expertise includes feasibility studies, entitlement strategy, site/area master planning, and active transportation planning. She holds a certification from the American Institute of Certified Planners.

At Parametrix, she joins the site development team and will be based in the firm’s new office in Ashland, Oregon where she has lived for the past four years. Waterton will contribute to planning, community development, and active transportation and trail projects in Southwest Oregon.
