Weinstein A+U announced the promotions of Will Brechter and Danielle Rawson to associate. The firm has also hired Eric Nebel and Emily Terzic as project architects and Raquel Dias Ferreira as a project designer.

Brechter has been in the architecture industry for over nine years, focusing primarily on single-family and multifamily projects. Brechter is currently pursuing the Living Future Accreditation and championing sustainable building practices at Weinstein A+U. Brechter recently completed the La'i Loa Condominium Development in Wailea and is currently the project manager for several other residential projects on the island of Maui.

Rawson has been in the architecture and construction industry for 20 years, with broad experience in both the private and public sectors. Rawson recently completed her Passive House certification and leads Weinstein A+U's sustainability committee. Rawson is currently the project manager for a new student housing development that is under construction in Seattle's University District.

Nebel brings 20 years of experience across a diverse range of project types, including housing, large-scale institutional buildings, transit facilities, science and technology projects, and complex healthcare facilities. He is skilled in producing thorough construction documentation and fostering collaborative problem-solving.

Terzic has nearly 10 years of professional experience in hospitality and residential projects across a variety of scales. With a background in both architecture and urban design, she approaches all projects as an integral part of the larger urban fabric, creating spaces that contribute to vibrant, connected communities. She advocates for thoughtful density that fosters inclusive, sustainable growth.

Dias Ferreira returns to Weinstein A+U after spending the last few years moving between Portugal, where she collaborated on hospitality and urban rehabilitation projects, and Seattle, where she co-founded a design studio devoted to small-scale dwellings. A registered architect in Portugal, she has over 10 years of experience in architecture and urban planning, including civic, housing, adaptive reuse, and non-profit projects in New York, Santiago, Lisbon, and Seattle.
