Ocean Beach seeks GC/CM to build new school out of tsunami's reach

Students will remain on site at Ilwaco High School during construction of the new 6-12 school.

Ocean Beach School District is looking for a general contractor/construction manager to build a new school for middle and high schoolers as part of a plan to relocate its students to seismically stable buildings outside of the tsunami inundation zone.
