DESC partners with Ecology on Capitol Hill cleanup

As the DJC then reported, Downtown Emergency Service Center in July purchased a trio of small apartment buildings at 1727, 1733, and 1737 Belmont Ave. with a view to demolishing the properties and redeveloping the site with a new permanent supportive housing building with 120 units and on-site services.
