Radial Engineering, founded by Ryan Anderson and Evin Gibson, is a new Seattle-based structural engineering firm, launched in January.
The firm partners with architects, contractors, developers, public agencies, and homeowners to deliver technically sound solutions across a wide range of project types.
The team specializes in structural engineering services that help create safe, functional, and visually compelling spaces.
Expertise includes:
Residential – Custom homes, remodels, additions, DADUs, and seismic retrofits
Mixed use – Low-income and transitional housing, townhomes, and market rate apartments
Modular structures – Rapid-deployable, long-span, extreme-environment, and blast-resistant buildings
Commercial – Tenant improvements, new construction, and rooftop mechanical support
Site structures – Stormwater detention vaults and ponds, site retaining walls, and shoring walls
Existing structures – Adaptive reuse, unreinforced masonry (URM) retrofits, and historic preservation
Building assessments – Damage assessment, repair recommendations, seismic evaluations, and foundation reviews
Special projects – Art installations, shipping container buildings, and fire escape confidence testing
