Lisa Reynolds has joined Parametrix as a program manager with the firm's Advisory Services practice, providing owner advisory, business process improvement, organization development, and strategic consulting services to public agencies across the United States.

Reynolds has 30 years of experience in the environmental sector, including environmental permitting, compliance, and licensing; capital program planning; regional coordination; workforce development; allocation of investigation; and response costs at hazardous waste sites in the public and private sectors.

She comes to Parametrix from HDR Engineering, where she served as a utility planning lead. In this role, she provided utility planning support to municipal water and wastewater utilities, contributed to task order development, and conducted quality control reviews. Prior to that, she served as a principal engineer with the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments. Her expertise involves wastewater, environmental management, and quality control in design and implementation of utility projects.

Reynold's holds a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University Global and a Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. She is certified by the Society of Human Resources Management and holds a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace certificate from the University of South Florida.

Parametrix has promoted Brian Morkert to director of information technology. Morkert brings over 30 years of experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure management, and digital transformation to the role, along with a proven track record of leadership within the firm.

Since joining Parametrix in 2015 as a senior consultant, Morkert has played a role in strengthening the firm's cybersecurity posture, modernizing infrastructure, enhancing service delivery, and helping drive innovation across business operations. He has also played a key leadership role in expanding client-facing data science initiatives, delivering custom dashboards, predictive analytics models, and technology solutions that directly support project delivery and client success.

In his new role, Morkert will oversee Parametrix's cybersecurity, infrastructure, and IT support functions. He will also guide the firm's broader technology strategy — advancing digital delivery capabilities, integrating AI-driven tools, and enabling seamless, secure collaboration across offices and project teams.
