McKinstry is headquartered in Seattle.

McKinstry has earned ISO 9001:2015 certification, a globally recognized benchmark for quality management, for its offsite manufacturing operations.

McKinstry is a national firm headquartered in Seattle offering a host of construction and energy services including climate control, plumbing, and fire protection. The firm integrates design, manufacturing of industrial equipment and components, construction, commissioning, site services and operations support under one roof.

Organizations pursuing ISO 9001:2015 certification undergo a rigorous audit of their processes and customer focus by an independent certification body.

McKinstry says the achievement signifies the implementation “of top-tier methodologies and cultivation of a dedicated team focused on consistently delivering exceptional products and services nationwide.”

Specifically, the certifying body recognized McKinstry for:

• Establishing robust quality control processes, ensuring consistent service delivery for clients across multiple manufacturing facilities.

• Applying methodologies for process improvement, aimed at identifying and eliminating inefficiencies, reducing waste, streamlining operations and promoting informed decision-making.

• Committing to ongoing optimization through regular audits and reviews, enabling the continuous refinement of quality management systems.

• Implementing guidelines for effective and efficient resolution of client issues.

McKinstry's ISO accreditation will remain in effect until 2028, in compliance with annual auditing requirements.
