48 affordable units, community center, break ground in Spokane

Over half of the units will be dedicated to workforce and refugee families, including those from Ukraine.

Thrive International's Spokane branch recently broke ground on a 48-unit affordable apartment building, with an attached 1,500-square-foot community center, at 6980 N. Nevada St. in the city's Hillyard neighborhood.
