Ribbon snipped on Patsy Surh Place

The ribbon was snipped during a community grand opening celebration last month.

The ribbon was snipped May 21 at Patsy Surh Place, a new affordable housing community with 77 units dedicated to seniors ages 55 and over in Tacoma.
