232-unit TOD takes shape in Northgate

Walsh is expecting to finish construction of the Copper Leaf Apartments by the end of November.

Construction is progressing on a 232-unit affordable transit orientated development, now dubbed the Copper Leaf Apartments, at 151 N.E. 103rd St.
