RAM/Clark/Nelson/RMC tapped for Whatcom's new $162M justice center

Whatcom County has picked a team of Clark Construction, RAM Construction of Bellingham, Nelson Worldwide, and RMC Architects of Bellingham for a progressive design-build project for a new justice and behavioral health care facility in Ferndale.

The county hopes to start early construction in the second half of next year.
