LIHI starts leasing one building, announces another

This 148-unit affordable apartment building in the Rainer Valley has received its temporary certificate of occupancy and is now leasing.

It's been a busy week for the Low Income Housing Institute. On Wednesday, the nonprofit affordable housing developer announced that leasing has opened for Nichols Court, a 148-unit affordable housing building in the Rainier Valley. Earlier in the week, it shared its intent to build a new senior housing property, with up to 90 units for seniors and their families, in the Chinatown-International District (CID).
