Consultant sought for community engagement on lidding I-5

Looking south down Eastlake toward Denny Way, this early conceptual rendering depicts a lid over I-5 (left) covered with housing and landscaping.

The city of Seattle is looking for a consultant to help support community engagement around a plan to build lids and other physical connections over Interstate 5 in close-in neighborhoods now divided by the freeway.
