Dyna floats another home on Portage Bay

Dyna began building floating homes in 2009 and continues today as Seattle's only home builder with a permanent shoreside facility to build new concrete floats and construct multiple water-bound homes simultaneously, according to their website. They established Dyna Docks in Ballard in 2016. Founder Ren Chandler (a great last name for a floating home builder as it literally means dealer in shipping supplies) is a life-long sailor, and staff members boast spending their spare time on the water, boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, and the like.
