Talbot Group's Barkley Village now urban village

More housing, public spaces approved for Barkley Village.

On Aug. 25, the Bellingham City Council unanimously approved changing Barkley Village's land use designation to urban village. In August they also adopted a 20-year development agreement with the Talbot Group, the primary landowner.
