Goodbye, old Memorial Stadium

The final sections of the old Memorial Stadium grandstands (shown earlier this week) are coming down.

Crews are gearing up to remove the final columns and roof overhang of the grandstands of Seattle Public Schools' 1947-era Memorial Stadium, marking its near-end.
