GC/CM sought for $33M tech center

BELLINGHAM — Whatcom Community College is seeking a general contractor/construction manager to build a 52,000-square-foot technology and engineering center on the north end of campus. The project's MACC is estimated at $32.5 million.

A notice of the college's request for qualifications for the project ran in Thursday's DJC. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Oct. 29 via Microsoft Teams. A site walkthrough is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Oct. 30. Submittals are due by 2 p.m. on Nov. 10.
