State Street wins with affordability

The “memory walk” entry designed by Kenzan Tsutakawa-Chinn honors the community’s cultural history.

The mixed-use State Street in Rainier Valley, a DJC Project of the Week in March, was honored with an AIA award of merit at the 2025 Honor Awards.
