The Puyallup Tribe of Indians is building a longhouse at their Levee Road housing development site in Fife. The longhouse is designed to have approximately 17,300 square feet of interior space and will serve both the local community and the tribe as a whole. It will feature a Great Room with amphitheater seating for more than 500 people. The dining room and kitchen will serve as a multi-use space year-round. It is also expected to showcase cedar-bark woven paneling and artwork from the tribe.
