The Ayer wins again for excellence in concrete

The Ayer’s foundation construction incorporated A706 Grade 80 reinforcing to reduce congestion and tonnage, as did shear walls, columns and slabs.

The Ayer, a residential building in Seattle, won another award in October at the 11th annual ACI Excellence in Concrete Construction Awards in Baltimore, Md.
