SMR Architects is designing the African Diaspora Cultural Anchor Village for Mercy Housing Northwest and African Community Housing & Development.

The SeaTac land sale, for nearly $8 million, came three years ago at 15025 Military Road S. That's near Riverton Heights Park, on the northeast shoulder of the airport.
