Plymouth Housing reopens Pacific Apartments after $18M renovation

The landmarked building at Fourth and Marion was built in 1915 as a single-room occupancy hotel.

Work has wrapped up on the $18.4 million renovation of Plymouth Housing's Pacific Apartments in downtown Seattle.
