Rainworks art installation on Beacon Hill

A Rainworks artist begins to spray invisible “paint” that will show only when wet.

The Seattle Department of Transportation commissioned Rainworks to install four new temporary sidewalk art pieces last week on Beacon Hill at the new bus shelter on the plaza at 15th Avenue South and South Columbian Way.
