Deck concerns close two lanes of First Avenue South bridge

Open lanes are reduced to 25 miles per hour to limit additional stress on the steel-grid deck.

Two northbound lanes of state Route 99's First Avenue South bridge are closed over the Duwamish River in Seattle due to engineer concerns over the condition of the steel grid of the bridge deck.
