    Foster + Partners is the design architect for the new American Express headquarters.

    NEW YORK — American Express is set to anchor and own a newly constructed global headquarters at 2 World Trade Center, a long-anticipated addition to the Lower Manhattan skyline that will mark the final major commercial tower on the World Trade Center campus.
