RFQ for Sounder rail car overhaul

SEATTLE — Sound Transit is seeking a designer to provide engineering and inspection consultant services ahead of a planned overhaul of coaches serving the Sounder rail line.

A Systra-Brookville joint venture is the project's contractor.
