The preferred alternative, before any changes, includes 4.1 miles of light-rail track, a new bridge over the Duwamish River, a tunnel and four new stations, connecting SoDo with Alaska Junction.

A lot has changed since the $54 billion Sound Transit 3 measure passed nearly a decade ago.
