The Phinery transforms space into home design showpiece

Historic French doors were painted The Phinery’s signature pink, updating the entrance.

Sleepy Crown Hill has had a bit of a glow-up over the past few years. Numerous mid-rise mixed-use buildings have sprung up in the area north of Ballard that runs around 15th Avenue Northwest and Holman Avenue Northwest from around Northwest 85th Street to Northwest 105th Street.
