Airport draft EIS coming May 22

SEATAC — The Port of Seattle is set to publish the draft SEPA environmental impact statement for the Sustainable Airport Master Plan (SAMP) for Seattle-Tacoma International Airport on May 22.

The SAMP will serve as the port's strategic blueprint for future development at the airport to accommodate significant projected growth in the region. The plan includes 31 Near-Term Projects (NTPs), including a second terminal with 19 gates, an elevated busway, and new cargo facilities.
