Seattle Center revamp sets course for 2027 ballot

Seattle Center’s concrete and brick Armory Building was built in 1938, with a facade upgrade completed in 2023.

The Seattle City Council on Tuesday advanced plans for a major infrastructure overhaul for the Seattle Center, targeting next year’s ballot.
