More pickleball for Seattle Parks?

SEATTLE — Throughout June, Seattle Parks and Recreation is hosting a second round of public engagement meetings for its Outdoor Racquet Sports Strategy.

Developed in response to the growing popularity of pickleball and tennis, the strategy looks to balance the needs of both users in the park system. The meetings will present findings from a first phase of public engagement and collect additional feedback. Four in-person engagement sessions are planned across the city, as well as an online survey. The in-person sessions are on June 23, 25, 27 and 30.
