Tacoma's Lowell Elementary school opens September 9

  • The school is the first in the district to incorporate CLT .

    About 48,500 square feet of the 60,000-square-foot school was built using CLT systems.

    Students at Tacoma's Lowell Elementary will be starting the school year Sept. 9 in a new $33 million building.
