Forum to detail Ballard Link plans

SEATTLE ­­— Sound Transit is set to hold a community forum on plans for the Ballard Link light-rail expansion from 6–8 p.m. on Oct. 15 at the National Nordic Museum at 2655 N.W. Market St.

King County Exec. Girmay Zahilay, Seattle Mayor Katie Wilson and Sound Transit CEO Dow Constantine will join other agency board members and state and local officials to discuss the latest timeline, proposed cost reductions, and what to expect next. A Q&A is also planned.
