Anacortes port seeks builder for event center, waterfront revamp

    The new 16,000-square-foot waterfront event center will have two retail spaces.

    The Port of Anacortes is looking for a contractor to build a new event center and complete other site work to launch its mixed-use Cap Sante Marina district waterfront remaking along Fidalgo Bay.
